WLC Leadership

Founded in 1973, Wisconsin Lutheran College is owned and operated by a corporation whose members consist of WELS congregations from across the country. The Board of Regents directs the overall activities of the College in consultation with and through the administrative offices of the College, including the College President and the various Vice Presidents, who together form the President's Cabinet.

Dr. Daniel W. Johnson was inaugurated as the third full-time president of Wisconsin Lutheran College in April 2009. President Johnson is honored to lead a special mission and ministry within the higher education landscape, one that offers academic excellence rooted in Christ, promotes spiritual growth, and prepares men and women for lives of Christian leadership as they embark upon 21st century careers and influence their families, churches, communities, and workplaces.
